Mykonos is a small island with an outsized reputation, and the vocabulary people use when they arrive does not always match the way things actually work here. Visitors search for callgirls, for escorts, for companions, for the Greek word vizites. They usually mean the same thing. What “callgirls” actually means on Mykonos
The word is old and it travels badly. On Mykonos it has settled into a fairly narrow, practical meaning: a companion who comes to you by appointment, rather than one you meet at a fixed venue. That is the distinction that matters here, and almost everything else follows from it.
Callgirl, escort, companion: the words people use
English-speaking visitors tend to say callgirl or escort. Greek speakers say synodos or vizita. Italians, French and Germans each bring their own word, and a fair number of people simply describe what they want in a sentence and never use a noun at all. None of it changes the arrangement. You are booking a companion’s time, by appointment, for lawful social company: dinner, a drink, an evening at a villa, company on a boat.
We use “companion” internally because it is the most accurate description of what is actually arranged, and “call girls” publicly because that is what people type. There is no difference in what we do.
Why the term is used differently on an island
In a large city, a callgirl booking implies a choice. Incall means going to her, outcall means her coming to you. On Mykonos that choice does not really exist. There is no discreet apartment in a residential block to visit, because there is barely any residential block that is not also a rental, a hotel, or somebody’s family home. Practically every booking on this island is outcall, to your hotel room, your villa, or your boat.
That single fact shapes the price, the notice we need, and how far in advance you should plan. It is worth understanding before you make contact.

We are an introduction service. We arrange for a verified companion to meet you at an agreed time and place for lawful social company. What two adults then choose to do privately is a matter between them, and we neither script it nor take part in it. We do not advertise services, we do not negotiate on behalf of anyone, and we do not take bookings that anyone involved is uncomfortable with.
We also do not list anyone we have not met. That sounds like a small thing until you have spent a season on Mykonos watching photographs circulate between five different sites.
How the island itself changes the arrangement
Mykonos operates on a rhythm that catches most first-time visitors out. Understanding it will get you a better booking than any amount of negotiating.
Seasonal availability, May to October
The island effectively opens in May and closes in October. In June and September there is comfortable availability, prices are sane, and you can usually book on a few hours’ notice. From roughly the third week of July until the end of August, everything on Mykonos is full. The flights, the hotels, the restaurants, the roads, and yes, the diaries. In peak August, same-day availability is genuinely limited and we would rather tell you that in advance than have you discover it at eleven at night.
Outside the season, a small number of companions remain available, but they are usually travelling in from Athens and need a day or two of notice.
Why almost everything on Mykonos is outcall
As above: there is no practical incall option here. Every arrangement involves someone travelling to you. That is not a limitation so much as a description of the island. It does mean the geography of where you are staying becomes part of the booking, which brings us to the next point.
Travel time between Mykonos Town, the beaches and the north
Mykonos is small, about eighty square kilometres, and it does not behave like it. In August, the ten-minute drive from Mykonos Town to Platis Gialos can take forty minutes. The road to the northern coast is longer and darker than the map suggests. Ano Mera, in the middle of the island, is a fifteen-minute run in May and considerably more in August.
When you tell us where you are staying, you are not giving us an address so much as telling us how much time to build into the booking. Please be accurate about it.
Booking, step by step
The process is short. Most of the friction comes from missing information in the first message.
What to send in a first message
Three things make everything else easy: the day and rough time you have in mind, where you are staying, and how long you would like. Hotel name, villa area or marina berth is enough for the middle one. If you already have someone in mind from the gallery, name her. If you do not, tell us what kind of company you are looking for and we will suggest two or three people who are actually free.
You do not need to send us a full name, an identity document, or anything else. A first name or an alias and a working phone number is all we hold.
Confirmation and timing
We confirm by message, with a name, a time, and a rough arrival window rather than a single exact minute. Island traffic makes precision dishonest. If plans slip on your side, tell us as early as you can and we will usually move things. If they slip on ours, we will tell you immediately rather than let you sit and wonder.
Discretion at your door
Arrivals are ordinary. Someone walks in, dressed for the setting, and goes where they are going. There is no announcement at reception, no lingering in a lobby, and no reason for anyone to look twice. On an island this small, discretion is not a marketing line; it is a working requirement for everyone involved.
Where companions meet clients
Three settings cover almost every booking on Mykonos, and each has its own practicalities.
Hotels
The most common by a wide margin. Mykonos hotels are used to adult guests receiving adult visitors, and the vast majority ask nothing at all. Larger resorts on the south coast are the easiest of all, simply because of the volume of people moving through them. We keep notes on which properties are straightforward, and if yours is one of the handful that is fussy about visitors, we will tell you before you book rather than after.
Private villas
The easiest bookings we take. No reception, no shared corridor, no one to walk past. Villas also suit longer bookings and group arrangements, which need more notice but are otherwise no more complicated. What we do ask is that whoever is hosting sets clear expectations with everyone else in the house before anybody arrives.
Yachts and the marina
Distinctively Mykonos, and the booking that needs the most planning. Whether you are berthed at the new port, tied up in the old harbour, or at anchor off one of the south-coast beaches changes everything about timing and transfer. Give us the itinerary rather than an address and we will work the rest out.

Is this legal in Greece?
Arranging adult social company is lawful in Greece, and that is what we do. We are an introduction service between consenting adults over eighteen. How far in advance should I book?

Photographs are re-taken rather than recycled, which is why the gallery changes through the summer. We do not list anyone we have not met, and we do not carry profiles forwarded to us by third parties.
Do you cover the whole island?
Yes. Mykonos Town and the old and new ports, the south coast beaches from Ornos through Platis Gialos and Psarou to Paradise and Elia, Ano Mera in the centre, and the northern coast including Panormos and Agios Sostis. Longer runs to the north take more time and we will tell you what that means for your booking when you ask.
Can I book more than one companion?
Yes, and it is a common request for villa and boat bookings. It needs more notice than a single booking because two diaries have to line up rather than one. Tell us the setting and the number of guests when you first make contact and we will tell you what is possible for your dates.
